Thanks Grandma and Grandad!

It’s almost time to take the in-laws to the airport.  I hope they enjoyed their time in the snow.

Grandad taught Blake how to play a couple songs on his guitar and Blake is thrilled.  I hear him in there playing now and singing, “all the girls in France do a little jiggly dance.”  Hmmmmm.

Guess it’s not much worse than Cole running around singing, “I want to be an American Idiot.”  I keep telling him that that’s not what they are saying- they DON”T want to be an American Idiot.  But he’s three, and always right.  In his own mind anyway.

And a business note- Sometimes people send me emails asking about the status of their bags.  I don’t mind this at all, and I will always respond to everyone.  However, sometimes your mail boxes are full and the emails bounce back to me. Then I get a follow up email that implies that I am ignoring you.  I’m not.  There is nothing I can do on this end if my replies bounce back.  It has only happened a couple of times (once recently) and it is so frustrating to get emails from people thinking that I am ignoring them.  Ok, had to get that off my chest.

Tomorrow I am off to get a root canal.  And I am actually happy about it.  I have been living with tooth pain from this crown for the last few months.  Well it has turned into an infection and I just can’t wait to put an end to it.  Bring on the drill.

And a funny note since it is Presidents Day (and why I could never homeschool my kids).   My 7 year old claims his favorite president is George Jefferson.  I think it is so funny that I don’t dare tell him that George Jefferson was not actually a president but a tv show.  It all started after a school project where he had to name the presidents on currency.  George Jefferson- the best president.
