Weekend of Sports

The weekends seem to be flying by lately.  Yesterday was indoor soccer for Blake

That’s him in the white shirt in front of the ref.  Andy is the coach over there under the guest sign.

Andy and I have been spoiling ourselves lately with nights out.  Last night we went downtown for dinner at Miranova and then to a party at a friend’s house.  Loving the fact that my kids are getting older!!

Blake has his last basketball game today and then we are headed down to Nationwide to catch the Blue Jackets game.  Cole has requested that we dye his hair blue for the game, and he wants it “spikey like a dragon”.   I will be sure to take lots of pictures of that.

Great photo of your son! Love taking shots at my kids’ sporting events.
You are a lucky girl for getting to go out. With my oldest boy playing on a travel hockey team I don’t get to see my husband on the weekends very much because one of us is always out of town. They are in Medford, OR. this weekend and I’m in Eugene next weekend with our youngest. Happily, we will spend the last weekend of the season in Wenatchee for a tournament for my oldest. Then, we are all done! Maybe my husband can take me out then.

Have fun at the game tonight. I would love to see a pro game in person someday. For now, I’m in front of the tv watching the penguins vs. flyers.

Oh man! What a good game. Leclaire did such a good job! Total bummer ending though! You all should be proud!
