Building a playset

We have had so many playsets- all built from scratch by Andy and then usually left with a house when we moved.

Our latest playset was a victim of a dumpster that was delivered when we were doing our remodeling. Andy tried to put it back together with pieces from a neighbors Rainbow system that he bought off of them but the pieces were rotting and it ended up in a frustrated pile in the yard.

So when he started talking about putting it back together yet again, I begged for him to start from scratch, with a kit. One that wasn’t a million different colors, an eye-sore in the backyard.

He reluctantly agreed and came home with a bunch of boxes and instructions.

Two of the boys were all over the project. Offering up their help left and right.

They worked all day but still didn’t finish

The finished product- hopefully by next weekend.

Cool – where’s it from? We’re looking to add one to our backyard too.

That playset is awesome! I just bought one for the wife (the kids really) and need to put it up now. Perhaps I will ask for your help? Guidance at least. Looking forward to seeing you guys soon.
