They were crazy after preschool pick-up and Cole insisted that his buddy Nate (aka “red”) come over to play.

It cracked me up that out of all the nerf guns we have, they grabbed snowball blasters

I was happy to see the playset getting lots of time

Even an older boy came out to play

I was happy that the weather has finally taken a turn and seems to be staying put- that means loud boys can be outside and get all of that energy out. It also means that Cole plays hard and sleeps hard.

Don’t even get my started about how back when I only had two little boys, there were no guns anywhere near our house. Not even squirt guns.

But then they started making guns out of their lunch- I distinctly remember one boy making one out of pita bread. Then came the Legos. Needless to say my ideas have changed, and they are all still ok.

This last picture of Cole is my fave- it just says “all boy” to me. The superman style of swinging, the snowball blaster, the hole in the jeans, the stinky sneakers, and constantly looking for worms.

It’s good to be a boy.

ok, one more- Blake has to put up with a lot from Cole, some days he is more patient than others. Today was a good one. And as you will notice, the oldest boy is no where to be found.
