It takes a million crappy shots

to get one decent shot

Sometimes I don’t think I try hard enough. I long to have quality shots of my kids on my walls but I just never do it. Not to mention my lens has been having focus issues lately.

But today I called the (2 outta 3) boys out after we got home from the pool, begged them to pick up their sister and sit while I fired off a bunch.

First one is straight out of camera. Just me shooting from across the porch. 2nd one I moved right up to them so it was just their faces. Then I corrected the white balance in LR, that’s it. Amazing the difference.

Total photoshoot time- 5 minutes. Total post processing time, 5 minutes. So worth it.
