Country Living Fair 2009

Oh man yesterday was a perfect day for the fair. I got kid coverage for Cole (thanks Julie!) and I hit the fair with Lynne and Eva.

Ok, where to start

It was much better than the last time we went. Lynne and I are not much into Americana so if you can sort through that….our eyes are always looking for color!

We decided that for every 10 “dark” booths we would find one that “popped”.

We both loved this pillow but figured in our houses with kids and dog(s) it wouldn’t look good for long.

Lots of creativity going on

I was in love with this bug- it would be perfect for you Meg!

I love it when I get inspired to be more creative!

We both fell in love with homegirls shop- and after coming home and reading her blog, she is living my dream. A historic farm- a big barn where she has her shop. LOVE!

Such amazing stuff! Great pics – what are those little pumpkin things in the last pic? Some kind of nut or just a decor item made to look like pumpkins?

I attended the show and I am so glad i did! It was awesome. I too liked the kitschy and colorful booths. Was there for 6 hours and it was just me! Christmas shopping galore!

Hello Elisa! I live in Worthington and you made me a wristlet purse some time ago and delivered it to my house… Gina Bishop of Homegirl is my very good friend – I was in her booth with her all weekend at the Country Living Fair. She told me I had to check-out your blog because you have some great CL Fair photos. My husband and I created the fish that were for sale in Gina’s booth – did you buy one? If so, I just wanted you to know that you have a little piece of art from another mom in Worthington. I would certainly love to meet you some day! Take care.
