The countdown begins
Lots of excited kiddos in our house- and one cool headed pre-teen. I look at my 12 year old and just shake my head. How in the world did he get so big so fast? How did his feet get bigger than mine? I don’t have small feet! (size 9!) But that is a whole ‘nother story. Or blog post.
And my 10 year old is almost as big as my 12 year old…. the difference is he is still very much kid, and less cool cat. I have a feeling it may always be that way.
Kids grow fast, way too fast. And while I am the first to admit that having older kids is very cool (and easier), I am so not ready to give up the fun that comes from the little ones.
When this one gets too big to sit on the table to do his crafts I will be sad. He always sits on the table, whether it’s the big farm table or this one, the banquette.
We made the puff ball ornaments on Friday. They were still all spread out- we keep making more.
And I don’t have much proof that I made cookies
I meant to get a shot of the cookies, but friends came over last night and the plate is empty- must make more!
I love this Retro Rocket. I was going to try to find a picture of Cole on it but I can’t seem to find them on the external hard drive.
Andy flew into NYC this morning- hope the snow didn’t cause any issues.

I have many of the same feelings about boys growing, table sitters…John wants you to tell Andy that he’s a little disappointed he hasn’t e-mailed him – he sure wanted to get a fathead of a victoria secret model…hehe

Cute ornaments! I think it is great that Cole still sits on the table. My youngest used to do that. She is now taller than me and doesn’t care about crafts. 🙁 Enjoy them now! man I sound old! My babies are all grown up, 22,19 and 15! Of course I love Eva on the rocket. She is growing up fast too!!
