Hanging

Sunday was Father’s Day and it was also Austin’s birthday.

I wanted to do a fun family outing but the boys were tired (especially Austin from a sleepover the night before).

Plus Eva was sick.  So we split.  Austin and Andy went to the guitar store to shop, Blake and a buddy rode their bikes downtown to the art festival and a stop in Cottage Candy of course.

I stayed home with Cole, and grumpy Eva.

Stuff- everywhere. Cole and Eva had the most fun on the trampoline with a big ball.  The boys call the hammock “extreme hammock”.  No one lays on it to rest- the boys get on it and try to violently dump the person on it.  Good times.

What cracks me up is that I actually took a book outside.  Right.

And of course longing to be on the porch, under the ceiling fans

Extreme hammock sounds like a sport my boys would like – they like extreme anything! 🙂

Is that one of your quilts on the porch? I like the colors.

Love the hammock idea and of course, the smores. What a great birthday idea! ha
