Farmhouse

So the other night my friend Christa was sitting on my couch hanging out and out of the blue she threw out, “My dream is to move to Granville and buy an old farmhouse with a little land.”

What??? Oh no you don’t sista, that’s my dream and I have the proof. Here Here Here Here

So I thought I would show you a farmhouse that I love. It’s been for sale forever, on 6 acres, in Granville.

It’s similar on the outside to the one I posted a while back that was for sale and featured in Country Living

This awesome amish built barn- LOVE! Fenced paddock, just waiting for my horse.

I would love to go in and revamp it

Because while I love color I am not sure how much I love it everywhere

Seriously people, Ohio has it going on. How cool to have an historic farmhouse smack dab in an artsy village with an awesome downtown and lots of cool people?

House was built in 1906
5 bedroom 2 bath
3,076 sq feet
6 acres
3 car garage/barn with 2nd floor
$449,900

Really I should be a real estate agent. Of course I would want to buy every house I see….

I told my hubby that I should be a realtor. He said “no way” because I would go in a dirty house and it would be written all over my face what I thought about it:)

I love to look at houses though. I love the outside, the decor on the inside, but the doors is what I really notice I have to say that looking for another house this time wasn’t that much fun:(

Lexington has nearly 70 ten-acre properties for sale. Before you get too far along with the desire to live on acreage, come down and mow the pasture, repair the fence and trim everywhere. The most time you will ever have to enjoy the place is before you own it.

Oh baby! I could totally live there….and isn’t that barn just screaming for four alpacas! Just added to the commute however.
