It all started with the slide- the little ones liked to roll them down the slide and see who’s could go the farthest.

And then the big kids jumped in

Do you think I will have pumpkins growing in the middle of the yard next year? Yeah, I do too.

I don’t know who had the bright idea to throw them off the balcony- wait, I think it was me

The hammer, not my idea (esp with bare feet- ugh!)

And because I don’t want to forget- here is what my boys said they were thankful for this year

Austin- “I am thankful we have Eva”

Blake- “I am thankful for corn”

Cole- “I am thankful for Tisquantum, also known as Squanto. I am also thankful for Liberty and Grace- you know GRACE, not my cousin Grace. (although we all cleared up the fact that we ARE in fact thankful for Grace. Both kinds 🙂 ).

HA HA – Love it! It’s like Punkin Chunkin, playground edition! We spent an embarrassing amount of time watching that on TV the other night – there is a youth category – maybe your boys need to enter next year!

I LOVE the pictures, that is some wicked sunflare 🙂

We did the same kind of stuff. Dmitry looks forward to it as much as anything else. He shot his with a BB gun and then they took turns beating them and throwing them. Crazy. We had pumpkin guts everywhere.

LOVE the thankfulness. That is too cute (and sweet) Sophia was thankful for the coffee pot (ME TOO!) and toilet paper!!
