Greetings from the Farm

Spring and Summer are the best times at the farm, trees blooming bright fun colors.

Playing some LAX out front.

LAX at the farm

Dogs doing a lot of running. Shiloh is loving the acres to run and roam. She is going to be one tired puppy.

Everyone gets cleaned up (hands at least) and we head out to our favorite Mexican restaurant where Cole tries out his Spanish that he has picked up from Dora the Explorer. Full bellies head back for warm chocolate chip cookies or Graeters Ice Cream. The same routine always. Traditions are a good thing.

Once we are back it is more LAX until the sun starts to go down.

My oldest boy that never lets me take his picture anymore.  Love the cookie remnants on his mouth

Then showers and baths and a movie and three tired boys reluctantly crawl into bed.

  1. Wonderful pictures!

Alex also belts out Spanish from Dora. “Abre” tends to be the one that will suddenly emerge from his mouth, though he doesn’t save it for Mexican restaurants. It will pop up pretty much anywhere.

  2. I sure do like your name :-). Thought I’d follow your link from CZ’s blog. I had posted a comment on Donna Downey’s blog a couple of weeks ago and someone asked if I was the Elisa who created bags. Didn’t know what she was talking about until now. My claim to fame is that I married Jack Lemmon (not that Jack Lemmon, but it is a great conversation starter…) Happy Spring! ~Elisa

  3. Austin shares your amazing creativity and talent. You are a wonderful example to follow, thanks for being you!!!
