Check out my friend Chantelle’s blog. Chantelle and I are online friends, she is such an inspiring woman. I started chatting with her back when she had just finished adopting Bianca from Guatemala.
Yesterday she left for Ethiopia to bring home her new daughter Solie. I can’t wait to read her updates!
Our first night with Little Miss Eva can be summed up in one world. Tiring.
Because I nursed my boys, I really didn’t realize what I was in for with the whole bottle thing. That little stinker drank 5 little bottles last night. 5!
Of course now that it is morning she is sleeping like a log. Clearly we need to work on the day/night thing, although I must admit it sure was nice to have her sleep through her first dinner out last night.
Big yawn- off to get some coffee!

Oh boy! I remember those nights. That is why I stopped at one child. He NEVER slept and I just about went crazy. Of course he is turning 15 on Tuesday and he could sleep all day long:) Hopefully you will find a routine soon. I am excited for you.
I love you guys, but I have a suggestion for your blog… no posting unless there are photos involved!!! I am checking in multiple times a day to see my niece… MORE PHOTOS!!! xoxo Kathy
Yes, nursing seems easier in that way…when you can just bring them back to bed!
I hope you get some rest and some coffee!
This is such an amazing thing you are doing for her, and for your family.
