I haven’t pulled out my 50mm lens since I got the 24-70. I used to be in love with my 50- I seriously rarely took it off my camera unless I had to.
But today I had an urge to pull out the prime.
One of the fun things about a prime lens is the blur and bokeh that comes with it.
These are the lights around my screened porch- aren’t they fun?
I miss the 50, I think I need to pull it out more often. I am saving my pennies to get it in glass.

That is all I use is a prime lens. I have a 35mm and I love it.

I love the 50 too. I use it the most, unless I am doing a session for someone then I steal my brother’s 85 and L series lens. I need some good glass 🙂
