I love this house.
Set on a little over 30 acres out in Granville.
I don’t think there is anything about this house that I don’t like.
This kitchen…. sigh
It’s not an old house, in fact I think it’s the same age as Cole
But it has soooo much charm
I wish I had these dark floors in my house. I love them.
Ok, this barn- I don’t even have the words for how cool this barn is.
This is why we love you, Ohio. This house actually costs less than the house we looked at over the summer in New Jersey.
Or maybe I’m just a farm girl at heart.

You do find some pretty amazing houses! I love this one as much as all the other ones that you show us. I love old and hubby likes new so a house like this is perfect:)
I’d give my right arm to know that yellow/golden paint they used. And my other to know the exact flooring type and color. 🙂
