I wasn’t ready for today.
I knew the holiday break would fly by. It did.
And now the boys are out the door, back at school (well not the middle schooler, they still have one more day off)
I loved having them here.
The girly loved having her brothers around.
I am already ready for summer!!
Apparently so is she
But it’s the New Year and I have new ideas swirling in my head, I am ready to take on some new things!
Don’t you love a girl that rocks her own style? Even if it is one of her brothers old Spongebob crocs and googles, oh and no pants? At least she has her phone to call her girlfriends
Yesterday it dawned on me how fast our little chica is growing up. I mean, I know she is growing fast- but the reality is she is growing really fast. And I know I am gonna miss these days of her being small.
Even though she is big time handful right now
Last Friday I took Cole to the gym with me, he is usually in school or home with his brothers. He came out of childcare and said, “mom, Eva was really bad. She pulled some kids hair and pushed another one down and took his toy.”
oy.
She has brothers, she plays rough, but she has to play nice with others. I am having a hard time getting her 1.5 year old self to realize that.
Because as you can probably see, she really thinks she rules the house.
And she sorta does.

Where did you find the black magazine rack? I love it.
Those are the best pictures. She just makes me smile every time I drop by 🙂 Sophia is oddly well behaved with other children for as wild as she is. I think it is just another step in her plot to make everyone think I am crazy. 😉
