He cleans up well

Blake started Cotillion last night. He didn’t want to go.

She thought he looked so handsome and kept staring at him and trying to touch him

Of course once he got there he had a great time, and is actually a pretty good dancer

Someone emailed me this picture because I forgot to take my camera

Next time I am taking my camera!

Ok, now to answer a few questions…

The black magazine rack thing in my kitchen is from Home Goods. I buy a ton of stuff there. Usually a fraction of the cost of Pottery Barn- which I would describe as the look I am going for in most of my house.

Eva’s clothes. The dress that everyone loved in the other post is from Matilda Jane.

I must add that I too adore that dress and a little later while I was in the shower her brothers were outside pushing her on the tree swing and started spinning her. I have probably mentioned that Eva does not spin well- always leads to puking. So they know not to spin. But they do it anyway, claiming she loves it (well she does, before she pukes). So as I am getting out of the shower I hear yelling, “mom! we need your help! Eva puked everywhere!”

My first concern was “oh no! not all over her pretty dress!!” Yep, ALL over her pretty dress, in her hair, all in the swing. It was bad.

Questions about opening an etsy shop, well that is a post by itself. I will try to cover that soon. By the way, mine is open again.

The girly is going to have a hard time watching her brother in cotillion

Last night she was dancing on the sidelines. She wanted out there so bad.

And this totally blows my mind- this girly is going to be 2 years old in 3 1/2 months. Whoa.

  1. Blake is so handsome! I bet the ‘dancing queen’ did have a hard time watching from the sidelines – she wanted to get her groove on! 🙂
