We usually make a green cilantro heavy salsa but I wanted to try something different and found this one. It’s so good I ended up eating so much of it I wasn’t hungry for dinner!

Ingredients
- 1 (15 ounce) can stewed tomatoes undrained
- 1 (10 ounce) cans diced tomatoes and green chiles undrained
- ½ cup chopped onion
- 2 jalapenos sliced with seeds removed
- ½ cup fresh cilantro leaves
- 2 garlic cloves
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- Juice from half a lime
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a large food processor, and pulse until the salsa has reached your desired consistency.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
