October is not the best month for us but one thing that happened this month is they started framing up the beach house. First in was the pilings that have to be hammered down into the ground.
And then they got quickly to work building up the under part of the house which will now be the garage for the golf carts. The old golf cart garage will be and office/hang out room.
I love it when framing starts because things seem to go by so much faster.
We are reversing the floor plan to take better advantage of the ocean views so the bedrooms will now be on the first floor.
The rooms in the picture above will be the Primary bedroom and bathroom
I will hopefully post a video soon of watching them hoist up that super heavy wall. In the meantime our poor convertible cart has seen better days!
