Oh and I buy the tortillas from Costco that you make yourself.  Makes it so much better!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/gimmedelicious.com\/2014\/02\/12\/buffalo-chicken-quesadillas\/\">Buffalo Chicken Quesadillas<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Prep time<br \/>\n4 mins<br \/>\nCook time<br \/>\n15 mins<br \/>\nTotal time<br \/>\n19 mins<\/p>\n<p>Author: Layla<br \/>\nServes: 4<br \/>\nIngredients<\/p>\n<p>    2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken<br \/>\n    \u00bd cup buffalo wing sauce<br \/>\n    2 tablespoons ranch dressing<br \/>\n    2 teaspoons canola oil<br \/>\n    \u215b cup cilantro (optional)<br \/>\n    \u00bc teaspoon salt<br \/>\n    \u215b teaspoon pepper<br \/>\n    4 flour tortillas (10 inches)<br \/>\n    2 cups (8 ounces) shredded Mexican cheese blend<br \/>\n    \u00bc sour cream for dipping<\/p>\n<p>Instructions<\/p>\n<p>    Heat skillet to medium heat, In a small bowl, toss chicken, buffalo sauce, ranch, cheese, salt &#038; pepper, and cilantro.<br \/>\n    Lightly grease pan with olive, Place tortilla on pan, top with \u00bc of chicken mixture and fold in half. Allow to cook for 2 minutes and flip for 2 minutes on the other side. Remove from heat and repeat the process for all four tortillas.
