{"id":126,"date":"2006-11-30T19:54:28","date_gmt":"2006-12-01T00:54:28","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.elisalou.com\/blog\/2006\/11\/30\/the-3rd-child\/"},"modified":"2025-04-30T13:09:51","modified_gmt":"2025-04-30T17:09:51","slug":"the-3rd-child","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.elisalou.com\/blog\/2006\/11\/30\/the-3rd-child\/","title":{"rendered":"The 3rd Child"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We like to say if we had started with our third, there might not be three.\u00a0 There might be one.\u00a0 Like a lot of families with three kids we have the first born that is total type A.\u00a0 Follows the rules (well most) and is an over achiever.\u00a0 The middle one that is the laid back happy-go-lucky one, and the third one.\u00a0 The crazy one.\u00a0 Our third child would climb onto the dining room table and hang from the chandelier before he could even walk.\u00a0 He is known for his crazy antics and demanding ways.<\/p>\n<p>Last weekend Andy decided to seal the driveway.\u00a0 He had the whole thing taped off and the kids and dogs were told to stay off.\u00a0 As Cole and I were leaving to go to a friends house he made a bee-line for the driveway.\u00a0 I told him not to walk on it.\u00a0 He was still plowing full speed ahead so I started yelling for him to stop. &#8220;Don&#8217;t walk on the driveway!&#8221;.\u00a0 Before I had finished my sentence he had lifted the caution tape and was making a run for it.\u00a0 Of course he didn&#8217;t get far before he slipped in the black tar and did a face plant.\u00a0 I froze.\u00a0 My neighbor, Kitty Jo- <a target=\"_blank\" title=\"kitty jo\" href=\"https:\/\/elisalou.com\/blog\/2006\/08\/24\/ups-man\/\">remember her<\/a>?
