{"id":1316,"date":"2009-05-27T20:22:16","date_gmt":"2009-05-28T01:22:16","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.elisalou.com\/blog\/?p=1316"},"modified":"2009-05-27T20:22:16","modified_gmt":"2009-05-28T01:22:16","slug":"a-big-thank-you","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.elisalou.com\/blog\/2009\/05\/27\/a-big-thank-you\/","title":{"rendered":"A big THANK YOU"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>So I meant to include this in my post earlier but in the chaos of today I forgot.<\/p>\n<p>There are quite a few people that I need to thank who made this whole thing possible.<\/p>\n<p>Let&#8217;s start with the beginning- Sweet Erin at our adoption agency who was always there for me, to hold my hand through this crazy process, leading me to Jane- our other adoption &#8220;go to&#8221; who couldn&#8217;t have made this an easier process.  <em>Thank you<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>The next thank you goes to my dear in-laws, who stepped up with a big fat loan that made this all possible.  We were down to wire and without you, Eva wouldn&#8217;t be here with us.  It&#8217;s that simple.<\/p>\n<p>With that I should also thank the banks that loaned us the money to fund this adoption that ended up costing us <em>way<\/em> more than anticipated.<\/p>\n<p>Thank you goes out to my mom, who came to stay with the boys when I was in Utah.  And my dad, who survived without her.<\/p>\n<p>My good friend Lynne- who stepped in last minute to watch the dogs so the boys could come see me on Mother&#8217;s Day.  And for covering LAX rides.<\/p>\n<p>My good friend Julie, for taking Cole and picking him up from pre-school when they wouldn&#8217;t release him to my mom.<\/p>\n<p>To Aimee for keeping the biz going while I was away- and for continuing to take on more while I settle back in.<\/p>\n<p>To Victoria&#8217;s Secret for being adoption friendly.
