This was so easy to throw together. I ended up having to do two batches because I had to cook it in our toaster oven. Planning to freeze the extra one so it all worked out fine.<\/p>\n<p>1 package (1 pound) uncooked medium tube-shaped pasta (ziti)<br \/>\n1 bag (6 ounces) baby spinach, washed (about 4 cups)<br \/>\n1 jar (24 ounces) Prego\u00ae Three Cheese Italian Sauce\tor Prego\u00ae Four Cheese Italian Sauce<br \/>\n1 cup reduced fat (part skim) ricotta cheese<br \/>\n1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (about 4 ounces)<br \/>\n3\/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese<br \/>\n1 small clove garlic, minced<br \/>\n1\/4 teaspoon ground black pepper<\/p>\n<p>Step 1<br \/>\nHeat the oven to 350\u00b0F.  Prepare the ziti  according to the package directions in a 6-quart saucepot. Add the spinach during the last minute of the cooking time. Drain the ziti and spinach well in a colander. Return them to the saucepot.<\/p>\n<p>Step 2<br \/>\nAdd the sauce, ricotta cheese, 1\/2 cup mozzarella cheese, 1\/2 cup Parmesan cheese, the garlic and black pepper to the ziti mixture and stir to coat. Spoon into a 13x9x2-inch baking dish.
