Cole is home today not feeling too hot. I think it just may be the crazy amount of pollen that has taken over our small town, it’s everywhere and so so messy. Still I can’t help but throw open the back door and enjoy the warm temps. It’s almost noon and I just made some coffee and decided to work on some pics. But first I thought it was time for another blog post.<\/p>\n

When the boys left here (their Spring Break was earlier than ours) they headed to Gatlinburg, TN to meet up with friends for a weekend in the mountains.<\/p>\n

I sent this to Blake a couple weeks ago but it is also true for myself. <\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Andy and I had to go to Durham for something for the new house so we stopped and grabbed a pizza at Pizzeria Toro<\/a>. It was yummy.<\/p>\n

\"\" <\/p>\n

Durham is so cool.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Driving back to Chapel Hill the sky looked amazing.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

The tile arrived for our mudroom, kitchen cabinets, and they started digging for the pool.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Craftroom bathroom tile<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

And then it was time to pack up and head to Florida for the younger kids Spring Break. This time we went to Marco Island.<\/p>\n

We loaded up the car and off we went.<\/p>\n

We stopped in Jacksonville for the night and of course Eva had to get in the pool.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

We got to Marco Island around 4pm and everyone was happy to get out of he car, including the dogs.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

And into the pool they all went.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

We have to hide the ball or he will never ever stop.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Oakley turned into a big noodle thief<\/p>\n

\"\" <\/p>\n

\"\" <\/p>\n

Lots of swimming led to tired pups<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

\"\" <\/p>\n

On Monday we rented a boat and went out looking for shells on little islands nearby. We also went to see the Cape Romana Dome Homes<\/a>. It’s just so crazy that they used to be on land and someones home.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

The loot.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Andy and Blake rented scooters to drive around town.<\/p>\n

Blake got this jacket from one of his friends Grandmas.LOL. Eva borrowed it \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

The 2nd day out on the boat was not as good as the first. The water was rough and we didn’t find many shells. We did find sand dollars though.<\/p>\n

\"\" <\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

\"\" <\/p>\n

We did a lot of hanging by the pool and reading.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

We decided to stop in Charleston on he way back home to Chapel Hill. We have never been so wanted to check it out.<\/p>\n

\"\" <\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

We ate dinner outside at The Blind Tiger<\/a> It was yummy.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

We walked around a bit before heading back to our hotel.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

\"\" <\/p>\n

Saw Patricia’s house from Southern Charm<\/a> \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

When we got back to our hotel we could see the dogs standing on a table looking out the window at the parking lot waiting for us to get home. \ud83d\ude42 Did you know that all Aloft<\/a> hotels let your dog stay for free??? It’s awesome!<\/p>\n

Before we left to head home Andy and Cole went to check out some battle ships. Eva and I stayed with the dogs back at the hotel.<\/p>\n
