So I realized the other day that we have now lived here longer than we did the last time we lived here. But it seems like a fraction of the time. I don’t know why. Last time I had more kids to worry about making this their new home and if they were happy. But I still worry today about all four and their new situations. It’s hard to say. Maybe being older helps, maybe not missing my old town helps…<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At any rate we have been in Chapel Hill for 15.5 months now. Last time it was 13 months. It’s so weird to look back<\/a> on this month back when we lived here before. Same things like XC meets but with different kids. All the kids being so much younger. All the kids living under one roof. So bittersweet. <\/a> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

It’s still hot here- I am looking forward to Fall. And getting the house more pulled together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Andy and I went to see Beck and Cage the Elephant. We had front row seats which were awesome. We ran into one of our friends from Ohio \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Trying to figure out how to arrange our screened in porch. It’s a lot smaller than our last one (which was actually too big and had a lot of useless space). This one has a fireplace so we are working on where to put the t.v. and adding curtains to reduce the sun glare and for privacy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cole and Eva started school. Sophmore year for Cole and 4th grade for Eva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Both seem happy with how things are going so far.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After spending the day in the pool these boys were tired! Love the crossed paws.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Eva loves when the dogs are in the car when I pick her up from school. Oakley rode the whole way home like this \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\n\n\n

New Ohio State bandanas for the boys- Go Bucks!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Austin came down for the weekend. Man it is so nice to have him around. A very short visit but I will take what I can get!!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
