It’s been raining pretty heavily for the last couple days. We needed it as it has been a while since we have had rain but it’s making us a little stir crazy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I am thankful that no one had anywhere to be and we can all just snuggle in for school, work, and some reading. I ordered our groceries online to pick up tomorrow but in the meantime I had to figure out what to make for dinner. It really feels like a soup kind of day but I could eat soup everyday. I really like this really yummy tomato soup <\/a>that I made from scratch but today I decided to try this Red Pepper and Tomato Soup<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We going to pair it with yummy grilled cheese sandwiches. I can’t wait. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the meantime we are snacking. I love air popped popcorn and recently got Eva hooked on it as well. She has always loved popcorn but her go to was the microwave kind. I realized we didn’t have a popper for the beach house so I ordered this cute little one<\/a> so we would have one there. Funny our one at home in Chapel Hill is older than Austin lol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cole loves cheddar sprinkle topping so I ordered this kind<\/a> because it seemed a little healthier than the usual one we buy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

They are all really good but I am now OBSESSED with the sriracha one<\/a>. It is SO good. I just ordered three more of just that kind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Covid and being stuck at home has us snacking a lot so at least this is somewhat healthy. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

What else is keeping you sane during this pandemic? Eva doesn’t like playing most of the games the older kids like to play and I got rid of a lot of our old ones when we moved. Yesterday she asked me to order another Apples to Apples<\/a> game because we couldn’t find our old one. It arrives today so she will be happy!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Anyone reading any good books? I am currently reading The other Mrs.<\/a> and so far I really like it. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I recently finished The guest list<\/a> which I also like.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And if you like a lighter story I also just finished My favorite half-night stand<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n
