Eva was up and surprised us by putting on a dress for the first time in what feels like years instead of one of her favorite Foo Fighters t-shirts. She packed up her backpack and she and Andy and the girl next door walked over to school. I am prepared for her to be grumpy by the time I pick her up (and starving) so I have pizza dough rising in the window and will have it ready to pop in the oven when she gets home. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cole was less excited, not a morning person, but I think he will be happy to be back in the building. At least for now.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"4000\" height=\"4000\" src=\"https:\/\/elisalou.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/img_2041-4000x4000.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-18712\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>We held onto Summer for as long as we could<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"4000\" height=\"4000\" src=\"https:\/\/elisalou.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/img_2033-4000x4000.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-18707\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>I&#8217;m excited for them and fingers crossed it all goes well. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eva made me promise I would work on the &#8220;yearbook&#8221; which our project life book that I have been very bad about this year. I was having constant printer problems so I finally just tossed my old one and bought <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"this wireless one (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3j8un7a\" target=\"_blank\">this wireless one<\/a>, I have to have one that I can print from my phone.
