Enjoy! I did half with bacon and half without for the vegetarians in the fam<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">INGREDIENTS<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>5&nbsp;Everything bagels,&nbsp;<em>cut into 1-inch cubes<\/em><\/li><li>8&nbsp;ounces&nbsp;Bacon,&nbsp;<em>cooked and diced<\/em><\/li><li>2&nbsp;cups&nbsp;Gruyere Cheese,&nbsp;<em>shredded<\/em><\/li><li>8&nbsp;ounces&nbsp;Cream cheese,&nbsp;<em>cut into 1-inch cubes<\/em><\/li><li>8&nbsp;large&nbsp;Eggs<\/li><li>2&nbsp;cups&nbsp;Heavy Cream<\/li><li>\u00bd&nbsp;teaspoon&nbsp;Salt<\/li><li>1\/4&nbsp;teaspoon&nbsp;Pepper<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">INSTRUCTIONS<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Grease a 13\u00d79 inch casserole dish.<\/li><li>Add \u00bd of the everything bagel cubes to the casserole dish. Sprinkle with half of the bacon. Then half of the Gruyere, and \u00bd of the cream cheese.<\/li><li>Repeat with another layer of everything bagel, bacon, Gruyere, and cream cheese.<\/li><li>In a bowl combine eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper. Whisk until thoroughly combined.<\/li><li>Pour the egg mixture over the bagels making sure to cover all of them.<\/li><li>Tightly cover the casserole dish and place in refrigerator for 4 hours or overnight.<\/li><li>Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.<\/li><li>When ready to bake cover the casserole with aluminum foil and place in the oven to bake for 40 minutes.
