Found this one on Pinterest by amummytoo and tweaked it a bit based on what I had on hand. Heat butter, tomatoes, chili flakes, garlic, salt and pepper until soft. Add spinach and then cheddar and mozzarella and pasta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dump into a greased baking dish and cover with breadcrumbs and parmesan.
