Super yummy, will make again!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u25cf\u00a0\u00a012 oz pasta<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u25cf&nbsp;&nbsp;1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u25cf&nbsp;&nbsp;2 tbsp olive oil<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u25cf&nbsp;&nbsp;3 cloves garlic, minced<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u25cf&nbsp;&nbsp;1 cup ricotta cheese<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u25cf&nbsp;&nbsp;1\/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u25cf\u00a0\u00a01\/2 cup chicken broth <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u25cf\u00a0\u00a01\/2 cup heavy cream<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u25cf&nbsp;&nbsp;1 tsp Italian seasoning<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u25cf&nbsp;&nbsp;1\/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u25cf&nbsp;&nbsp;Salt and black pepper, to taste&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u25cf\u00a0\u00a02 cups fresh spinach <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1. Cook the Pasta:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u25cf\u00a0\u00a0Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u25cf&nbsp;&nbsp;Reserve &nbsp; 1\/2 cup of pasta water, then drain and set aside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Cook the Chicken:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u25cf&nbsp;&nbsp;Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u25cf&nbsp;&nbsp;Add the chicken pieces, season with salt and black pepper, and cook until golden brown and fully cooked (about 6-8 minutes).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u25cf&nbsp;&nbsp;Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3.
