Today is the day to get it together.<\/p>\n

The last few weeks have been work centered and today it is house.\u00a0 The laundry has piled up, the floors are sticky, there is stuff everywhere.<\/p>\n

We have decided not to go to the farm for T-giving.\u00a0 Last year we had such a good time,\u00a0 our friends who live a few houses down from us here at home have a farm about 30 minutes away from ours came over to play. <\/a><\/p>\n

This year is just too busy and the weather is supposed to be crappy.\u00a0 Cole has a dentist appointment today to get a cavity filled, Blake has guitar tomorrow that his teacher really doesn’t want him to miss, Andy can’t get out of work until late…<\/p>\n

Same old story.\u00a0 When Andy went to work yesterday I was in pj’s and when he came home, I was in pj’s.\u00a0 No, I did not wear pj’s all day.\u00a0 He works that much.<\/p>\n

The weather is a huge factor- if we can’t be outside, it isn’t as fun.\u00a0 The dogs don’t have fun.<\/p>\n

It is so hard to believe that last year at this time, we had just signed on with our adoption agency, were about to be matched with couple #1.\u00a0 This year we have this great little ball of baby.\u00a0 She has a cold right now but is still so happy.<\/p>\n

She is also getting to the age where she doesn’t need a bunch of the baby stuff.\u00a0 We are about to move her out of the infant car seat, get rid of the baby bouncy seat, baby bath tub….<\/p>\n

Last night Eva was getting grumpy but I didn’t want her to go to sleep yet so I put her in the tub.\u00a0 The first time in\u00a0 the big tub with no seat.\u00a0 She was THRILLED!\u00a0 She has always loved the water, even hair washes.\u00a0 She was splashing like crazy and when she soaked her whole face she cracked up.\u00a0 I took some pictures with my iPhone, let me see if I can upload a few.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a> \"\"<\/a> This baby is the biggest joy.\u00a0 She has everyone in our family wrapped around her finger.<\/p>\n

So we are stayin home this year, my parents are coming in tomorrow.<\/p>\n

Hoping to do a few things that we usually don’t get to do when we aren’t here.<\/p>\n

Like the zoo lights<\/a><\/p>\n

The tree lighting <\/a><\/p>\n

So today I clean- and check into what I can order from Whole Foods for the holiday meal.\u00a0 \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

I have been using the Etsy store<\/a> to load up one of kind items and also items in fabric that is not on the website.<\/p>\n

Usually these fabrics are ones that we don’t have a ton of, and they are often decorator weight.\u00a0 Some of them are so fun- but they are very limited in supply.\u00a0 The tufted chenille fabric is probably my most fave fabric ever!!\u00a0 I actually used it on two chairs in my house- and now the scraps are becoming gadget pouches.\u00a0 But I only have enough for a few.\u00a0 The other cool things we are going to be adding are DS pouches.\u00a0 Boy and Girl versions.\u00a0 Kindle pouches have been requested as well so look for those as well.\u00a0 By the way, if any of you have a kindle- tell me how you like it.<\/p>\n
