This should be a weekly deal I am thinking.<\/p>\n

Things I am loving this week.<\/p>\n

I have been trying to do 6 miles a day on the trail by the river.\u00a0 Mostly I go with friends, but sometimes go alone if no one is available.<\/p>\n

And this is my river song.\u00a0 Perfect.<\/p>\n

Other things I am loving lately. My dorky sketchers shape-ups – which are almost worn out.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>I have been wearing these for at least 6 months now and besides one lost toenail, they have been pretty good.<\/p>\n

My next latest love is Smart Water.\u00a0 It’s like gatorade, only water style.\u00a0 Electrolyte water.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>I have pretty much eliminated any soda from our house except Jones. I let the kids have Jones<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>Austin and I have really gotten into Izze, no sugar and nothing artificial<\/p>\n

It’s raining again here, major storm last night so we hung out on the porch and watched it come in.\u00a0 But when the power went out and the tornado warning siren went off Cole yelled, “I don’t want to go to heaven yet!”\u00a0 Fortunately some friends came over and we rode the storm out telling spooky stories.\u00a0 It was all good.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
