What else?  Not much.<\/p>\n<p>I actually like when Monday rolls around and I can get back on track.  Especially because I prepared for the week- I hit Dicks to pick up new cleats, mouth guards, socks- when lacrosse practice rolls around on Tuesday and then Wednesday- I will not be flying around the house trying to locate all the equipment that has been buried since last season.  I HATE that.   Fortunately Austin played indoor lacrosse this winter so his stuff is still in the front closet- Blake doesn&#8217;t play contact yet so he only needs his stick- that&#8217;s easy.<\/p>\n<p>The hockey game Friday night was terrible.  Yesterday against the Red Wings was better.  The Red Wings had such amazing puck control where our guys were flopping it around and turning it over left and right.  We some how pulled off a win, mostly due to amazing goalie work.  It was an exciting game, probably the last one we attend this season.<\/p>\n<p>I have had a fun 6 months of learning the game and all the players.  Best places to sit in the Nat- we tend to stick to the lower bowl but we did do a couple games in the upper.  There are good and bad things about each place.<\/p>\n<p>Upper bowl annoyances are lots of kids, ice cream and popcorn everywhere, kids yelling in your ear- the seats are very close together. The siblings sitting next to me that started pummeling each other over a t-shirt that one of them caught&#8230;..<br \/>\nLower bowl usually has the hot-heads.  It never fails there is always someone inches away from a coronary sitting close by, red- faced and screaming.  A few weeks ago a guy a few rows back yelled &#8220;Hainsey you SUCK!&#8221; every few minutes at the top of his lungs.  I&#8217;m sure the players find that kind of stuff helpful.<\/p>\n<p>Loved sitting in the suite for Andy&#8217;s work but it tends to be more socializing than game watching.  Still&#8230; thinking Andy&#8217;s needs to negotiate that in somehow.<\/p>\n<p>A few other things&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Ran into (literally) Tollefsen on the way out of the building yesterday.  I didn&#8217;t realize it was him until he smiled at me and I saw his missing tooth.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/d.yimg.com\/us.yimg.com\/p\/ap\/20080316\/capt.05a298936e634cee8731a792fb45ad47.red_wings_blue_jackets_hockey_ohjl102.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.1460thefan.com\/live\/content\/index.html\">1460<\/a> reporter always dresses like Dick Tracy, why???<\/p>\n<p>The <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/bluejackets.nhl.com\/fanzone\/GameEntertainment.htm#PepsiPowerPatrol\">Pepsi girls<\/a> get to do all the cool stuff, the <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/bluejackets.nhl.com\/fanzone\/GameEntertainment.htm#PepsiPowerPatrol\">Mountain Dew<\/a> girls are just maids.<\/p>\n<p>Getting there 30 minutes early to see warm-ups is so worth it.  You get to go down to the ice and see the players up close.  This is especially helpful if you have a kid that wants a blue jackets room- you can get great pictures.
