Andy thought it would be a good idea to take the family out to a local tree farm this year and cut down our tree. So we loaded up in the car, Barley included- and headed out to search for our tree.

The farm was so pretty, and Barley was in good company with tons of other dogs romping around.<\/p>\n

We decided on the type of tree, they smelled sooo good- and then tromped off to find the one that we would take home.

Of course every time we turned around Cole was no-where to be found. We must have said, “where’s Cole?” a million times that day.<\/p>\n

Austin got a little sad about cutting down a live tree and Blake was starting to feel pretty sick but everyone hung in there

I let Barley off the leash and she got to sniff some great smells, she was much easier to find than Cole, much more obedient!<\/p>\n

So then we decided maybe we would take a family shot that we could use in Christmas cards- of course we are missing a few canines.
