I recently read an article about how your house is your autobiography.\u00a0 Is it chaotic, clean, colorful, simple?\u00a0 Whatever it is, it tells your story.\u00a0 Where you have been, what you like, your style<\/em>.<\/p>\n

A couple weeks ago I was at one of my good friends house helping her get ready for girls night.\u00a0 She pulled out some plates and said, “look how ugly these are.\u00a0 My mom bought them at the grocery store when I went to college and we still eat on them every night.\u00a0 When I got married I HAD to have the china so I didn’t get any regular dinner dishes and we have just used these.”<\/p>\n

I took a look at the ugly brown dishes with a big floral mess in the center.\u00a0 I laughed and told her that I am just the opposite.\u00a0 I didn’t register for any china.\u00a0 It doesn’t fit my lifestyle.\u00a0 I had and will always have, big dogs.\u00a0 With big dog tails.\u00a0 Plus I am not the most graceful girl.\u00a0 Factor in three boys and you can see how china just doesn’t fit into the picture.\u00a0 Besides, it’s just not me.\u00a0 For things to survive in this house they must be practical, dishwasher safe, and fun.\u00a0<\/p>\n

So….. I got Fiesta Ware.\u00a0<\/p>\n

and we use it every day, for normal occasions, for special occasions.\u00a0 It is sturdy, colorful, and fun.\u00a0<\/p>\n

My friend looked at me and said, “yeah, I see that that about you, you are a fiesta ware kind of girl.”\u00a0 Just like she is a formal dinner party with the good china kind of girl.\u00a0<\/p>\n
