So today is my birthday. I woke up to an email from our realtor that we had an offer on our house.
\nI felt like that was a pretty good bday present. But a better one came a few hours later when we got a second offer that was a full price offer. Our house has been on the market for less than a week.<\/p>\n

Last night I went to bed praying for a sign that our 1st house was “meant to be”
\nThe only reason we didn’t make an offer on that house a couple months ago was because we had a house to sell. And I woke up to a house with a couple offers in it.<\/p>\n

Tonight while Austin and I were watching the dogs run around the dog park I was chatting with my bro in Houston. Do u need a clearer sign?? He asked. I guess I don’t<\/p>\n

Honestly I am tired of fixers- Andy and I have been fixing up houses since we were in college. I would love to just live in a nice house for once.<\/p>\n

But of course I go back and forth, and since I have no idea how this will turn out I am taking a big breath and keeping my mind open<\/p>\n
