You know, where I try to keep it neutral but probably won’t.

For the most part I try not to get to into this or that or the things that make people get riled up. Of course that is what makes good blog ratings so maybe I should. Just kidding.

But here we go. A bullet list of things that I am thinking right this minute.

– recently I read a blog post that a husband did on his wife’s blog. All of these things that he loves about her. One of them being, “she has never read a tabloid magazine.” As I looked down at the US magazine on my lap that I just picked up at Target I thought- “well darn it. Andy can cross one more thing off his list of things he loves about me.” Ha ha. Actually if Andy ever got on this blog and did a list of things he loves about me (don’t hold your breath- its’ not going to happen, this is MY blog) it would probably say the opposite. “I love the fact that when she gets stressed out she buys tabloid magazines.” I’m not kidding. He’s cool like that.

– Austin has been bugging me every since I picked him up from lax today about a game that was supposed to arrive today from Amazon that he pre-ordered. Turns out it went to the house we THOUGHT WE WOULD BE LIVING IN BY NOW. As well as all of my magazines. UGH!!!! But I don’t want to change our address yet again- until I know the deal is dead. I am going crazy. No really, I am. Seriously. NO LIE!

– I got my first negative rating on ETSY. We have shut down most things on the Elisalou site and are doing most of our biz on etsy while we are in this crazy moving situation. Aimee is running everything out of Columbus. For the most part I like etsy, the fees are not too outrageous- you pay to list and they take a cut when you sell. But what I don’t like are scammers. This person ordered and we did every single thing they requested but they lied in their feedback and then deleted their etsy account. So uncool. I emailed etsy, told them that everything they posted was false- and how they knew they lied because they promptly deleted their account when I emailed to ask why they lied. Etsy would not do a thing about it. It stinks. It’s only one negative- and while I could name her name here I choose to think that karma takes care of those kinds of things. What comes around goes around sista’. But really, if you want to see her name you can check out my etsy site under feedback- not smart to leave your whole name WHEN YOU LIE.

– I am going crazy, have I mentioned that? I’m not going to get into the house stuff going on- it seriously makes me too tired too think about it. It shouldn’t be like this.

– Shiloh peed on Austin’s macbook. I have no idea why. I think because she was locked inside all day while we were looking at houses on Saturday and the boys wouldn’t let her out. It stopped working for two days. Today I tried it again and it works. I guess it just needed to dry. Gross. She’s so bad. I told her the humane society is down the street. She said, “look lady I just need a yard- is that too much to ask? Besides, it wasn’t me- is was the little dog” I told her that the computer took a screen shot of her squatting on it right before it died. She then fessed up. Is it wrong to lie to the dog? Does that make me as bad as the etsy lady? No, because I didn’t pee on her computer.

– Eva is super sassy these days. I find myself saying, “remember when she didn’t really talk?” I knew her language would explode but who knew 80% would be in back-talk? Why didn’t anyone warn me that girls are all drama and sass? But deep down I am glad she has such spunk. She is strong girl- and that my friends is a good thing. Maybe she is just mad because she currently sleeps in a closet. That she calls her room. Even though her porta crib is the only thing that fits in there. Still, it’s her room. And she has embraced it. Although she has told me repeatedly that she wants her bed back.

– One of these days we will live in a house again. Right? Right?

– Austin gets to go see Hunger Games as a school field trip. Pretty cool I think. I still haven’t read the book.

– My new gym doesn’t measure up to the one in Columbus. At all. All of the gyms in Chapel Hill are small and lack any interesting classes. There is a Lifetime fitness in Raleigh- 30 minutes away. Tempted. Until I have to fill my SUV up with gas.

– The other day Blake said, “no one at school believes that Austin and I are brothers.” Austin then said, “yeah I hear that a lot too.” So I said well people have said that your whole life. I guess it’s probably time to tell you….. you don’t have the same dad”. Blake said, “oh is my dad from Mexico?” and I said “Blake- you look just like dad.” So we all looked at Austin. He just shook his head. I can’t believe he didn’t believe me. 🙂 So then Blake asked “Is dad from Mexico?”

– I probably should say (again) – the boys do have the same dad. I think it’s cool that we are equally represented, I thought for sure all of my kids would look like Andy. I love that the fact that none of them look alike- well Eva and Blake do, but I can’t explain that one.

– A couple days ago Austin and I were coming home from lax and we were about to turn into our townhouse when we saw a dog in the road- only we realized it wasn’t a dog, it was a deer (they are much smaller down here). Then all of a sudden we noticed about 50 deer running every which way. It was chaos- fortunately all of the cars just stopped and watched them scatter and jump stuff. They took their party a little too close to the road. I saw a lot of deer in our neighborhood in Ohio but I have seen so many more here- and they are out at all times of day!

If you are still with me after all of that…..

It’s time for a picture- here is one of my not-so-baby girl the other day. She takes my breath away.

So this is going to be one of THOSE posts.
