I made it up<\/p>\n<p>and<\/p>\n<p>2.  I am not a very good cook.  At. All.<\/p>\n<p>Now that said this is a pretty good soup.<\/p>\n<p>I take two cartons of organic chicken broth (I buy them by the case at costco).  Add a bunch of chopped carrots (I love carrots so I add a ton), a few chopped up zucchinis, a few cloves of minced garlic, a couple cans of chopped tomatoes, oregano, pepper garlic mix.<\/p>\n<p>Sorry I don&#8217;t have any exacts- I just throw it all together, starting with the carrots since they take the longest to cook.  <\/p>\n<p>When it is all done cooking, throw in the torts.  My kids don&#8217;t like soup so I pull out some torts when they are done cooking (I cook them in the soup so they will absorb nutrients from the veggies) and then I top their torts with a mix of spaghetti sauce and a jar of baby food (either carrots or sweet potatoes) mixed together (I mix in a bowl before I top just in case they walk into the kitchen).<\/p>\n<p>I top the tortellini soup with fresh parm cheese, serve with crusty bread.
