Flickr Friday Faves and Happy New Year!
So it’s a New Year and I am so ready. I always get re-energized after Christmas to get things organized, back on track, more efficient.
I am not one to make New Years Resolution but this year I did. I am going to try to cook more for my family. I do not really enjoy cooking, but I really like to eat so there you go.
Bring it on.
A handful of new cookbooks and a few new kitchen appliances- I am ready for the challenge.
There are some changes coming this year, stick around and find out!
We are shaking things up in the K household- we bought the kids an alpaca. No, I’m just kidding but wouldn’t that be funny? 4 dogs, 3 boys and an alpaca? I chose Alpaca because I have a dear friend that really really wants one. No, it’s not an Alpaca.
Also the website is currently down, getting a little revamping action but hopefully this will allow better updates (so when I promise new fabrics are going to go up, they really will).
I am exploring different ideas for the business, this one and others….
Not trying to be too secretive, well yes I am. You just have to wait and see.

Wow…my bad…it is actually a talking alpaca! Much better in my opinion than just a run of the mill alpaca.

🙂 My wish list to Santa must have gotten lost again this year….no alpacas under the tree yet again. Maybe I’ve been too naughty? I’m keeping my fingers crossed this is the year!

I am SO upset. that was my favorite magazine and I know yours, too! I had a subscription until 2011 and instead of refunding my money, they said I would now receive an issue of southern living! southern living doesn’t even compare!!

I got the letter from cottage living today- with the offer of southern living. I live in the north- don’t really need southern living.
I am sooo sad.
