Winter Break

I knew it would fly by. I thought I would be super sad when it came to an end and my olders went back to Ohio. I was sad, but I am ready to get 2019 started. It was so great having them here though. Andy got a new guitar and Blake gave him lessons.

We went to the arcade down the street a couple times to play old games.

Eva was so happy to have the big bros back.

So were the dogs.

Twas the night before Christmas….

Blake gave me this for Christmas 🙂 Probably my favorite gift.

Our weather was off and on rain for a couple days. Hudson found the book Austin was reading. He thought it was about a dog.

Andy took the boys to a tank museum that Cole had been wanting to check out. Eva and I decided to stay behind.

After Christmas we spent an evening at the Chinese Lantern Festival

It amazes me that this dog isn’t even two yet and is so big, but can roll up so small

It got warm again and it was flip flop weather

I decided that it was time to downsize my huge Toyota Sequoia since we aren’t hauling around 4 kids all the time. I still wanted something big enough for the two big dogs though. Settled on a mid-size SUV.

New house progress.

Last night before the kids left for Ohio we went over to Durham to have dinner and then again to the arcade by our house.

Cole wrapped up and passes the NC test for temps (barely)

Cole and Andy went to see the Carolina Hurricanes play the Columbus Blue Jackets. CBJ lost but at least they had awesome first row seats.

And with that 2018 came to an end. Bring on 2019!
