Endless Summer

Actually that was last year. It for sure feels like Fall is around the corner now that the kids are back in school. But it’s supposed to be 90 degrees today so there is that. Pool day when Eva gets home.

I went to Trader Joes yesterday and couldn’t resist…They had so much Fall stuff. I LOVE their butternut squash pasta. I’m not trying to wish Summer away but man I can’t wait for pumpkin seeds, soups, and (slightly) cooler temps.

But until then….using up the last of the tomatoes and basil that we grew this year.

There is an Inn on the harbor that we are all in love with so we talked a lot about ways we could buy it and run it. Too bad the guy that owns it will never sell it.

Back at home we had some work done in the backyard. Laying flagstone by the pool and under the deck.

Back at the beach the kids layed out at the club

We got our toes done

Caught some sunsets

It was so great seeing friends that we hadn’t seen in three years

We had a homemade pizza night that was delish

And then it was time to head back home
