Ingredients
- 8 ounces pasta
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 cup pesto
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes , quartered
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
- 8 oz fresh mozzarella
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- In a large pot, cook pasta according to package directions until al dente.
- Pour pasta into a large bowl. Add olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and pesto. Toss to combine.
- Add tomatoes, basil, and mozzarella. Stir to combine. Season with salt and pepper
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
