When we were at the beach we bought this amazing dip at the market but it was SO expensive I decided to recreate it on my own and have to say I nailed it! Here ya go!

- 8 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
- 8 ounces (around a cup and a half) drained roasted red bell peppers
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 jalapeno (deseeded or leave the seeds if you want it more spicy!) can also sub red pepper flakes or use both!
Throw it all in the food processor
