This one to SEE the Police, not from the police. I think I am more excited about the fact that Elvis Costello is the opening act. Love him. I have seen him a few times- at the University of Michigan, Joe Louis Arena, the Backyard in Austin….
I have only seen Sting once- he played an outdoor concert here back before we had kids. Lyle Lovett opened for him and they did a duet to “I’m so happy I can’t stop crying”. It was so cool. Elvis likes duets too- my all time favorite was Allison with Billie Joe Armstrong. Fingers crossed they will do something fun.
Oh that’s going to be a great concert… I miss going to concerts. Again… one day… one day…. it will come. 🙂
