4. Amazingly enough, we had the same thing happen, except it was the cats that noticed it first. And not just one raccoon, but a family! A mother and four babies. I had to call all around town to find someone who would capture and release them instead of other, not so nice measures.

   A word to anyone who has the little critters any where near their homes….get chimney caps! So much cheaper in the long run.
