I LOVE these buckets. I actually saw a few up close the other day while browsing through SoBo Style. I really think I might need some to hold fabric scraps and other fun things around my house.
In other news, the big bad girl (sewing machine) is now in my house. I will try to take a picture of her a little later. For now she is getting lots of use. I find that I actually like having two sewing machines set up and I just sit in a chair on wheels between the two.
It’s Thursday already. Tonight is Family Fun night at the boys school. It’s a cool picnic out on the grass where one of Austin’s friend’s dad plays with his band. All 80’s music. The other fun thing is when the principle gets up to sing. He too has a band. He does a lot of Talking Heads.
Aren’t those buckets wonderful?! We ran into them in a store near Minneapolis in May and then, at a fabric company booth at quilt market the next day, sat next to the company’s owner. We were inquisitive fans and asked questions about them (they can be used as ice buckets and the condensation doesn’t affect the finish!) while she ordered fabric for them. She was great considering we were acting like fawning groupies. 🙂
