Cotillion is a weekly class offered by the school district for 5th and 6th graders. It is designed to teach the kids manners, etiquette, and how to dance with the opposite sex.
As you might imagine the girls love it, the boys hate it.
But the people that run the program are smart and they offer prizes and a big party at the end, and that (and the fact that their parents don’t offer them much choice) gets the boys in the door.
As Austin got dressed he kept complaining about how he looked like a nerd and “at least I now I have good nerd clothes to make YouTube videos.”
Always sticks the tongue out when he is thinking or concentrating.
Cole of course was all over it and cried when couldn’t go. He wants to dance with girls, and he wants to do it now.
And notice the hair- he didn’t run for cover when I pulled out the Aveda. I think it was the first time in 11 years that a product has ever touched his hair. Of course he ran for the shower the second he got home.
