Deck the Halls

We are now in the midst of our first big snow of the season and I have no pics to prove it.

But I do have some of yesterday, before it hit

These two were busy decking some halls, or the front porch

She tries to be helpful, well at least I am assuming she has good intentions.

But it’s more like get out everything I can find and drag it all over the place

And I try to take pictures of her but she just tries to steal my camera, so I hand it over.

And say, “hey take a pic of us” while wishing I hadn’t just spent the last 3 hours watching Blake play basketball or driving to and from the away location. Wishing maybe I had a chance to “prepare” to get my picture taken.

But then that wouldn’t be real life now would it?

And she makes really funny faces so I tell her how silly she is

And then it’s picture time with Daddy

And then it’s time to admire the work

And now it’s time to snuggle in front of the fire and watch the snow come down!
