So so ready

to get outta town.

I am the worlds worst packer. I always forget key items for someone, like no underwear for Blake, no socks for Cole.

The good thing is that when you go to the beach, you just don’t need a whole lot.

Eva and I are ready to move to the beach.  Blake wants to be a professional surfer.  Not sure if you have noticed the shell necklace that he never takes off…

I can’t figure out why we live so far away

IMG_6507 Could this girl be any cuter?  Can you believe she will turn ONE at the end of next month?

I have a party to plan.  You can see she is already calling her peeps.

No, she couldn’t be any cuter. Love her sweet outfit. Her hair is just beautiful. I am not a real beach person. I love being by the water. I just hate getting sand all over me. Give me a chair and a book by a cool grassy river bank and I would be in heaven.
I bet the kids are excited about the upcoming trip! They will have a blast. Don’t worry about the packing. You can always get by without sock at the beach and who needs underwear!!

Blake always wears a shell necklace- hadn’t noticed 🙂

I wonder why we don’t live closer to the beach too.

Could you please tell Little Miss to stop growing!!! She is just beautiful and I LOVE The dirty knees on the pants. They mean a lot of exploring has taken place.

Okay, I’ve been meaning to ask for months where you buy Eva’s clothes? she always has the most adorable outfits on and I never see anything that cute in the stores around here.

You meed one of Granddad’s famous Trip Lists (one for each type of trip) to check things off.

It’s funny…I live at the beach (and have for my whole life) but a part of me has always wanted to live in the country. Where you live is beautiful and it sounds like you’ve got a great little community there. If you ever want to travel to Cape Cod, let me know!
